What next for the Casuarina Town Centre?
The NSW Department of Planning have granted approval to commence construction for the Casuarina Town Centre. This has been such a long time in the pipeline - promised to our community since its inception in 1998 - that we the Residents' Association are delighted with the news.

Seaside City
Please note:
a) There will be changes to CASUARINA WAY between Casuarina and Salt, as part of the Stage 1 Seaside City development works. We have been asked to be patient while these road improvements take place.
b) As requested by our members, we have urged the developer of Seaside City to prioritise the completion of the beachside cycleway/footway between Casuarina and Salt. This is now part of the Stage 1 works, and will be completed as soon as the heavy duty access is open to construct at the beachfront, probably towards the end of the Stage 1 works.
c) If there are any residents who are disaffected by any generation of dust or debris as part of the Seaside City works, please let us know. We are happy to represent the community on your behalf.
